I’m Shinji Hoover, a graphic designer based in Oregon. I have experience with Adobe Suite, Figma, 3D modeling programs, 2D animation, and illustration. Besides hard skills, I value communication and organization, as I believe them to be integral to the design field.

As someone who pushes themselves to learn new skills and try different things, I am always ready to tackle whatever project comes my way. I look foward to hopefully working with you!
